What that means, is that we're multiple people in a body. We're public about this because it makes us more comfortable interacting with people as our true selves (like writing down who drew what picture in picture descriptions).If you'd like to learn more about our system, feel free to ask! If you have any questions about systems in general, we're also happy to answer those, or link you resources that could help you understand better. No questions are dumb questions when asked in good faith!We draw a whole lot of stuff! Generally, we ask for half of the payment upfront, and after you've confirmed that we can go ahead with the lineart (we will send sketch progress often, and will send more at request), you will pay the remaining amount in order for us to complete your artwork.A commission from us is usually completed within the week, but please allow time for us to complete it beyond that! Sometimes things come up though, and we will let you know if we're going to take a little longer than usual.
